SafeStor NPSA Security Cabinets

High-security, UK-manufactured steel storage cabinets for sensitive documents, equipment and other protected items.

SafeStor cabinets are manufactured to order in the UK and combine a fully welded steel carcass, flush-fitting steel doors, multi-point locking and adjustable shelving. Data Room Direct can help specify the correct cabinet size, shelving arrangement, finish and lock for your project.

• Current standard cabinet sizes: 1180mm or 2220mm high, 900mm or 1000mm wide and 470mm deep.
• 1180mm cabinet: 2 adjustable shelves providing 3 storage levels.
• 2220mm cabinet: 5 adjustable shelves providing 6 storage levels.
• Maximum shelf loading shown on current drawings: 100kg per level.
• Electronic and high-security lock options including Kaba 252, Kaba Auditcon 552, Manifoil MK8 and ILS Scroll Lock.
• RAL9002 Grey White shown on current project drawings; alternative finishes can be discussed for project requirements.
• Delivery and complete installation can be quoted subject to site survey and access requirements.

Lock Options

Kaba 252 – 8-digit code, up to 20 users and 100-event audit trail.

Kaba Auditcon 552 – 8-digit code, up to 99 users and 400-event audit trail.

Manifoil MK8 and ILS Scroll Lock options are also available. Certain lock types and security requirements require further approval at the point of order.

NPSA & Security Requirements

SafeStor is available for projects requiring NPSA-listed secure storage. The exact cabinet size, lock type, end-user status and required security level must be confirmed before order. Some configurations and lock types require additional approval, and delivery may need to be made directly to the approved customer.

No. The SafeStor cabinet range uses adjustable shelving rather than drawers.

Which cabinet sizes are currently available?

The current drawings show 1180mm and 2220mm heights, in 900mm or 1000mm widths, with a 470mm depth. Final dimensions are confirmed with your project quotation.

Can you help select the correct security lock?

Yes. Tell us the intended use, security requirement and end user and we will confirm the appropriate available configuration before quotation.
