Frequently asked questions
How do the components connect?
Connect the starter lead to the under-desk input and the grommet lead to its output. Check the grommet fitting dimensions and charging specification before ordering. Wireless charging requires a compatible device.
Does each socket have its own full supply capacity?
No. Connected outlets share the supply. Observe the ratings of the supply, cables, protection and individual sockets; adding outlets does not increase the available power.
Will the USB ports charge a laptop?
Check the USB output rating and your device requirements. A USB-C connector alone does not establish laptop charging capability.
