Distribute rack power through French CEE 7/5 Type E outlets. Choose an 8-way horizontal or 12-way vertical unit and the input plug required for your supply.
Plan your setup
Match outlet type, connecting leads and input connection to the equipment and supply. Check mounting dimensions and allow clearance for cables and cabinet access. The total load is limited by the complete PDU and its input supply. Type E sockets use a projecting earth pin; check plug compatibility rather than relying on a “European plug” description.

Do more outlets increase the total power capacity?
No. Individual socket ratings do not add together to give the unit’s capacity. Keep the combined load within the marked PDU and supply ratings.
