Frequently asked questions

Is the mains starter lead included?

Choose the required lead from the product options. Select no starter lead only when your installation already has a suitable compatible supply connection.

Will both USB-C ports each deliver 100W?

Do not assume 100W is available from each port simultaneously. Charging power depends on the connected devices, cable ratings and how the ports are used. Check the charging profile for your setup.
