Frequently asked questions

Is the mains starter lead included?

Choose the required lead from the product options. Select no starter lead only when your installation already has a suitable compatible supply connection.

Will the USB charger suit my laptop?

Check your device’s required power and charging protocol. The 25W and 30W options are primarily for mobile devices; use a suitable high-power charger where a laptop requires more power.
