Frequently asked questions

Do I need a starter lead?

The supplied 500mm drop lead ends in a GST18 connector, not a UK mains plug. Select a compatible starter lead unless you already have a suitable power connection.

Are desk clamps supplied?

Yes. Desk clamps and adhesive pads are supplied. Check your desk edge and mounting clearance before ordering.

Can I charge a laptop through USB-C?

A USB-C connector alone does not guarantee laptop charging. Check the device’s power requirements against the datasheet before ordering; contact us if you need a specified high-power USB-C charger.
